Better absorption
I previously took vitamin E from another brand but prefer this raw version as it absorbs better in the body. I’ll certainly order more.

Unpleasant effects
Initially, I viewed brewer's yeast as a good product, but after longer use, I believe it contributes to my discomfort and bloating. The taste is reminiscent of brewer's yeast, which I consider undesirable. I won't reorder and do not recommend it if unsure about yeast in relation to an autoimmune disorder.

Enhanced stability
Very worthy product. I found it easy to take, with no side effects. After two months, I felt more stable and experienced fewer headaches. I also take omega, ubiquinol, and zinc supplements from the same company to address deficiencies, which may also contribute. I generally recommend this and will definitely reorder.

Improved skin condition
My skin has significantly improved this winter. Normally, I rely on hand cream, but this time I haven’t needed it. This effect may be due to other dietary supplements I take, but I’m pleased to get products that aren’t available in my country.
